Events and Trainings
I have done extensive work planning in person, online, and hybrid events both in and outdoors. With these events I have done the prep work, participant management, set up and take down, participation and moderation. I excel at planning events that allow for full participation of people with disabilities – understanding that many times, that means from home.
General Marketing and Communications
Marketing and Communications are the core of my work product. In this section I will share the various projects I have assisted in, including branding creation and editing, additions to work already done, emails and other marketing work product, and learn about how these items are made.
Social Media
I have managed social media accounts for two organizations on Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) since 2018. Additionally, I now manage a You Tube and Linked In account and have since 2021. To share content across platforms, I also manage a Link Tree account. The first focus in all social media content is to ensure it is accessible.
Supervisory and Leadership Management
The past three years have allowed me to flourish from one to now three interns in a semester with the option to add another volunteer. I am an active member of the team responding to requests, taking on positions with higher responsibility with a higher demand from other team members on my work product.
Website Development and Management
I began designing websites in secondary education through classes offered at the time. Once I started working professionally, I took the opportunity to begin working within them again through the lens of the accessibility work I had been studying. Since that time I have launched a completely new website, produced a new section to a website, created multiple side project websites, and continue updating website for my current employer.
